No one ever answered me before.
Market Makers job is to provide liquidity and action. But my question is....Since the company is legally dark. Do MM’s know the share structure as of now? Or do they base their knowledge on what the numbers were back then?
If they do not know the SS. Then what stops them from using shares that are not available? Or not abiding by the value of said shares left?
Any insight...again. Asking for a friend.
