Now, when Reverse Splits almost always bring a stock down 40-70%, it is CLEAR we need a pps of .0035 or upward before implementing the RS, in order to remain above $1 after the RS. Otherwise, what would be the point of this Controversial exercise, premised on UPLISTING to an exchange some say requires a pps of $4 for initial acceptance.
And my question is, BY WHAT MIRACLE ARE WE GOING TO GET THERE???
