Well, we all know that Gilead and Dr. Fauci have been looking for an appropriate combo drug to be used along with Remdesivir. So I am thinking that NP was approached by someone important for a combo clinical trial, and that NP smartly and boldly conditioned his approval to test combo on testing the third arm with Leronlimab alone.
