With about 500M more shares traded at the current price point there will be fundamental ticks higher for anyone to turn a profit by flipping. The only sellers now are ones selling at a loss, or those selling into the bid to try to drum up more shares (the early morning sales of a few hundred thousand shares).

From the tiny number of shares traded daily, the float is locked. Only question is what's the major buying trigger. The apparent one would be the Quartely, and then any subsequent news that's PR'd.
