I can't speak for Red, but I can tell you I'm ecstatic to see them buy whether it was 1 share or 1 million shares. One has to ask why they only purchased $200 worth of shares. Why not go all in, or nothing? I will let everyone else think about that and research what it means. For me, i'm ecstatic about their purchase. Good things come in small packages imo.
