In the UCLA video, I have heard him use the word "Compassionate" to describe the EIND. I don't believe there is, or will be, a "Compassionate" trial.

EUA stands for Emergency Use Authorization. EUA is also sometimes referred to as the “Compassionate Use” and is meant to provide an easy pathway for a patients with an immediately life-threatening condition or serious disease outside of clinical trials.
