Scott: It was in 2014 that the PR regarding Ebola was announced. It was said that the N Assay could be configured for numerous viruses. Was a patent applied for and if not why not? Wasn't it you who said they might not need a patent for Covid 19 as they had one for Ebola. If the process is basically the same a patent application for Covid 19 should not be that complicated. Once an application is received a patent pending is issued immediately.
Admittedly I'm novice but it seems much time has been lost. Stop making excuses more should have been done at a much faster pace. Gov't has implemented an express process. Holding.
