The Company is not prohibited from disclosing scientific studies regarding the reliability of the testing. These would need to be factual scientific data supported by testing. Companies do this all the time and the SEC does take notice unless they are fabricated.

If the Company is going to make claims that they are going to save the world with a 15 second test that has 95% to 97% accuracy they should support those claims with scientific data not infomercials with a TV doctor that didn't even have the sense to explain the correlation between the SARS -Covid - 19 virus and the blood.
