So you think that, even though this was the State Supreme Court, and they are saying this is the end of the line, that only applies to the Summary Judgement filing, not to the case itself?

I thought perhaps they were saying justification for the case itself did not meet the standards for the claim and, since this was an appeal, they were out of luck.
