I couldn't see the Front Runners or Definite Maybe drugs from your link, but am highly surprised B only rated a Keeping an Eye on.
That shows me it is still under the radar. Didn't mention anything about anti-inflammatory features or ability to work on IBD problems associated w/ CV.
Also no mention of safety profile.
