exactly Gemmer thats why reasonable expectation of things
going forward should be FILINGs in JUNE, LUX activates in
JULY, first project gets underway AUG.
imo Henry will lay out that basic scenario in the CC.
anyone expecting events to happen quicker than
that is wishful thinking at this point.
LUX is going to wait until VN travel conditions with
other countries improve before they give the go ahead
for any big projects by PHIL to begin. JULY/AUG should be
about the right time for those conditions.
