No, it's not. I paid for those warrants as part of my investment, and I have no intention of selling the shares for anywhere close to 3 bucks. It will take a significant amount of cash to exercise those warrants and I don't get a million dollar salary to live on.
It makes no financial sense for me to increase my risk as an investor currently when I have a number of years to exercise the warrants. There is no guarantee that even if I exercise my option on the warrants today they still won't need to do a dilution to raise cash.
Of course my economic situation is unique and others may view their situation differently. CytoDyn will do what in its best interest. My suggestion was merely that. It worked well for them last year.
I hope my investment strategy meets your approval.
