The bar thing is a crime against humanity. LOL.
Wonder if swapping the transfer agent has contributed to some of the delays - ie, broadridge not being overly enthusiastic to get necessary info to STC or some other entity, including the SEC. Not that I would ever suspect that there would be petty politics in the financial markets, particularly the OTC.
