I have contacted them a while back (end of March) to clarify with them whet to do to get my 1:4 NGIO share dividend from February 2019,which I still have not received.
This very quickly replied telling me that they are no longer responsible for GNBT and NGIO.
They referred me to STC

that has not yet resolved my issues, but acknowledged that they are the right entity to address this issues to.
