Hoops, thanks for the update. This caught my eye...

Not sure how some of the many acquisitions completed, that are not adding revenue to our 10Q/10K, will be able to survive on their own to be spun out. Also I would guess that means we would get another dividend, with just a cusip number and no value yet, until they come up with another Form 10 and S1 to list them on an exchange. Sorry, don’t mean for this to sound negative, just posting my thoughts on this portion of your update.
Also they have been selling some shares to pay the bills, which is why the share count keeps going up. Joe has said many times that the company is not selling shares, but obviously they are.
