I don't think worrying about getting a nice sized grant is necessary, as the powers to be would be hard pressed to explain why such a promising drug as Brilacidin (should we get good lung tissue results) with it's 3 in 1 avenues of attack was passed by when so many "repurposed" low expectation of success other drugs were given nice grants.

Don't think those in charge want to face that kind of wrath from the American public. Some media identity could make quite a name for themselves if they hit such a story hard, fast, and in depth. My WAG
