This does seem to be more of an effort to knock
the share price down -- so outside entities (probably ACS)
can pick shares up at an extreme discount. ACS still
needs to pay for the IP ...... if they are a majority
shareholder I think that payment will disappear.
SFOR is the piggybank for ACS .... not SFOR shareholders.... imo
