This comes up almost every quarter...
In many stocks...
It's explained 100's times...
"As of May 5, 2020, there were approximately 167 holders of record of our common stock."
Companies got so fed up with explaining it, they even explain it in the fillings now...
"These holders of record include depositories that hold shares of stock for brokerage firms which, in turn, hold shares of stock for numerous beneficial owners."
Etrade is 1 of the 167
Robinhood is 1 of 167
Each broker is 1 of the 167
In turn, each broker represents 100's of share holders
Translation, there are way more than 167 shareholders
When you read the iLie board they will not tell you the truth but good at planting seeds of lies
