Because it is labor intensive. Each patient has to have an application approved by the FDA. The FDA needs to give us compassionate use IMMEDIATELY. this would allow us to treat any patient, without having to get FDA approval first.

IMO the FDA is derelict in their duty by not approving us for compassionate use.
