Exclude them .Limit it to people that own COMMON SHARES only . But that gonna knock over the bees nest .. Already made 7-10x.??? They still have the option to convert and get common and ANOTHER DISCOUNT .... Dont need to convert all of it either .. OK im expecting to get harsh comments so bring them on..LOL
