The rights offering to existing shareholders is an interesting idea but I fear the following would occur.
To get lower priced stock (which is the only way one would participate otherwise you would just add to position the open market) would lead to many shareholders selling some CYDY shares to raise cash to participate.
I say this because I assume that due to the price runup, many current shareholders already have an oversized allocation to cytodyn and would not want to do a net add.
