But I have to look ..But I believe the last 4.50 raise has a clause saying that if the company raises below that , then a penalty will apply . THATS WHY I SAID THAT . Of course the company could eat that penalty with a huge raise . Personally I would rather have them borrow the money with these rates low preferably from a govt entity .
