I said it a few times before that might be deals going on with ACS we don't know about that will benefit the big boys from both companies as we investors get the shaft and lose ALL of our money.
The postponing of ACS payment this November to 2021 and 2022..
Kay it seems always got the shaft from BO and of course from all other companies with his LARGE DEALS SIGNED and no revenues or little to show for.
