If that investor was ACS perhaps it was a failed attempt to become majority stockholder. Why else would ACS want all those shares? Or could CJ know something big is on the horizon? Let's see. He works with CROMTEC. Is there a possibility CROMTEC could expand it's Federal phase one procurement contract to something larger? Just thinking out loud. What are your thoughts?
