They can't use use it as an asset because it's not approved and they can't sell it. Also they are giving it away for free in trials so it has no value at this time. I think it was part of a discussion long ago prior to you joining the board. Not a bad thought, but a no go. They need cold hard cash from warrant exercises or a loan....or(gulp) dilution of some kind.
