Most significant bills that ever passed were pork barreled. We can argue back and forth until the balance of power shifts, or we can get the Safe Banking Act passed NOW, and worry about amendments later. Nothing is etched in stone. Not even the Constitution of the United States was "final". Some pork could still get trimmed in the process, but at this point I have to side with the U.S. Hemp Round Table, so I say let them have some damned pork so we can have some $$ CABBAGE $$!!!! Fix it later!!
