The best case scenario would be to manufacture "all" the Covid N-Assay test kits yourself. BUT - being the rushed demand for covid kits by the Gov. and the massive expense of setting up a manufacturing facility of the magnitude required, would entail a huge outlay of money and time. Best to go with licensing and collect royalties in this situation. The Gov./Business/individual is going to require multi-millions of test kits.
