Upcoming events:
NGIO Form 10 approval 5/11 was 60 days
NGIO S1 submittal should be announced at same time as Form 10 approval.
GNBT BARDA application 5/18 is 2 weeks
GNBT S1 5/26 is 14 weeks 6/9 is 16 weeks
If NGIO Files their S1 this week (still possible) we would be looking at 8/21 14 weeks or 9/4 16 weeks.
Also in the 5/4 PR about BARDA GNBT announced starting manufacture of peptides (2 week process according to China contract. So 5/18 the peptides would be ready to begin testing.
Again, according to the contract that is a 7-10 day animal trial followed by phase 1 human trial (I know Joe says no animal trial, just going by the contract timeline) Point here is we should be in phase 1 before end of May.
