Penny stocks tangle that carrot to investors all the time..they never buy the debt back with their own funds...the debt holders will end up converting and the company will just claim they are "retiring debt" once its converted just like last PR (to save face)... I don't have much confidence there. The only hope is to get great news so that it can absorb the dilution
