Nobody has the official scientific data until it is done but imo Novant probably observe some surprise positive reaction after the treatment (which could be leron or placebo) that they have not seen before with other known treatment. That give them the confidence about the drug. Nevertheless, endorsement has to be backed up by data which should be ready in 4-6 weeks time. Unfortunately, that is another 100+K lives.
