Wasn't FL one of the last to close and one of the first to re-open? I would think that with the elderly population there, they would be the most susceptible. My roommate who is laid off is in Florida now at a friends house until work resumes here back in PA. He says everything is open down there. Beaches, bars, restaurants, and massage parlors (with or without a happy ending). This is ridiculous, I wish they would open PA up already.
