But what reasoning makes you believe a raise at a much lower price point might happen . . Are they that cash strapped without alternatives ??
1) There is usually a large institutional raise concomitant with an up-listing and may happen at a much lower price point, unless CYDY receives a large non-dilutive funding shortly.
