here is my take on this:
To uplist we need a cash balance to last 12 to 18 months. NP mentioned 100-120 million shares that he could issue, being a dilution of 15%.
He also mentioned an investment company.
If CYDY issues 120 million new shares and places them with the investment company, without rights to the existing shareholders, the cash requirement would be fulfilled immediately and we could uplist.
The investment company can later dispose of their shares little by little without damaging the sp.
