The shares we own would convert to the purchasers. What OUR share price would be needs to be REASONABLY determined. I'm not smart enough to determine that.
I do know a $100 price is not going to happen. It's unreasonable. We're struggling to stay above $3.
Yes our drug is badass.
We have THE drug. BP knows it and the FDA knows it.
Any BP will target us, and should target us, which they will. BP has deep pockets and are well connected.
BP can get Leronlimab approved quickly. We might get approved on our own, but it's going to be a struggle. Our drug impacts A LOT of areas that involve billions of dollars.
