Yes, I think to me it sounded like he meant licensing deal for use of Leronlimab in Philippines and China. He compared it to Vyera deal, and how that stuff takes time to negotiate.

Also he explained it rather nonchalantly, had he meant buyout, I don’t think he would of just thrown it out there like that.

Easy to understand that could happen in a format where questions are being rapid fired at you, and there is no sequential order by topic, to the questions. I think that’s why this format isn’t the best, to say the least.

It reminds me of trying to hit a piñata at a birthday party.
