The two things I found interesting were the elevated granzyme levels. Which would lead directly to killing off viruses and cancer cells. The second is the potential Mexico study. The Mexico study highlight the lack of efficacy of remdesivir, the high level of efficacy of leronlimab and that remdesivir will add nothing of value in combination.
