Regrettably, I have to disagree with your wording. CYDY (NP) was very careful to say that CYDY was submitted (as far as he can tell) the data that the FDA requested to complete the BLA. The BLA is only completed when they say it is. They can always move the goal post and request more. I say this only to avoid the bickering we had during the last week about the semantics.
