RSI was way over bought, now retreating to the 50 line ( as should be the case)
PPS was in breakout on the Upper Bollinger, now correcting to 20 SMA (as should be the case)
Chart behaving like it should, even in light of PR and merger upcoming. Corrections are a necessary part of trading. Welcome to the world of stocks.
