Say you borrowed 10000 shares @ $3 ($30000) with the objective to short CYDY
You pay 30000*119.6%/365= $98.3 dollars per day while you have the shares borrowed.
So, if you hold for, say 10 days, you are already paying 3.28% of your initial investment just on interest.
