New thought on timing (at least for me):
I was thinking Joe and the gang would have the S-1 ready to go immediately after the Form 10 approved. However, I suppose the BARDA funding (and possibly other funding from Canada, EU?) decisions are so close that it makes sense to wait for that news. Then they can make adjustments to share count, pricing, etc before going public w the S-1.
So I guess we may really be at the mercy of BARDA et al for a while. I sure hope the “2 weeks” turnaround from BARDA is close to accurate. Maybe that would get us rolling again by week’s end...
