Gambler: I was one of the board members who was contacted by my Fidelity rep several weeks ago re shorting. (I believe the interest rate then was about 62%, approximately half the current rate.) I told him never to call me again re loaning any of my CYDY shares to Fidelity, and he hasn't. But if Fidelity has totally halted its efforts to borrow CYDY shares, that may bode well for the sp.
