All, if you are using the ETrade app, it looks like the app is off for Bid/Ask's if those amounts are greater than 1mil bid/ask from what I can see.

So if the bid is 2.1 mil, it might show 21 mil. Verify signing into the web version of Etrade and you can see they are off a lot of the time.

This seems to be for many tickers I have looked at but it seems if it's under a million, it shows correctly. This has been like that for over a week, not sure why they can't fix it.
