You're right. Many companies are (or soon) are bankrupt". To survive in this business environment even financially strong companies have deeply cut expenses. Only the Government has funding to sustain a large enough contract to put SFOR in the black as Mark stated this year. Mark milks that Federal cash cow or we also are headed for bankruptcy by year's end IMHO.
