I am really disappointed at you.
Have you never been in a situations where your completed work was seem as a work in progress? Why not wait till Wed. to hear the full explanation of what went wrong with our submission of the BLA? If NP is the kind of person his shareholders think he is, then I doubt he would abuse their trust with such a cheap stunt as knowingly submitting an incomplete BLA. After all that extra money that we spent to get the data required by the FDA submitted. And don't forget the FDA can play this game and are masters at it if the caught you taking advantage programs they have provided us to ease some of the administrative burdens on smes. It is more likely that after receiving out initial BLA submission the FDA came back for more info.
