It is interesting the only way they knew the issue with the BLA is that CytoDyn disclosed it in a PR, which someone that morning on the private board pointed out. It took the shorts a little while to find it, a week or so, but if it was a scam or p&d, no way CytoDyn would have pointed that out in a press release. If CytoDyn hadn't had been as transparent, it would have been a non-issue with the BLA being finished next week without anyone being the wiser, which is ironic to me.
