Doing my DD I see JNC Ventures out of Colorado is now delinquent on their filings. I still cannot find a way of contact either. JNC Ventures was current from 2016 until end of 2019.

JNC Ventures is the custodian for the shareholder client or clients who hired Peter Chasey as attorney in the custodian case, so he is a possible point of contact but good luck there.

I watch and play tickers in the same category as I would place GESI and all have been very profitable with some making thousands of % runs.

I'm guessing the new client would need to spend $25G minimum or better to bring GESI current and compliant.

Is GESI shell for sale?
Is the new client waiting until covid19 is better under control?
Is the new client waiting until more of America is back to work and money is more readily available for the OTC Market?

Patience ....willing to play the odds on something positive eventually happening here that results in major ROI opps...LOADED...and looking to pick off any weak hands cheapies while I continue to wait...
