There will be MORE than 150M kits sold.
Don't forget. Testing won't be simply get a get test and done. Businesses will require regular multiple testing (e.g..: testing of employees on a monthly - or shorter basis). Especially the food industry.
People will want to test themselves regularly - (monthly?). Maybe you're a Barber or Hair dresser.
Assuming we use your numbers $50/Kit X 150M kits/YR = $7.5 Billion X 5% royalty (license fee) = $375M./Yr. to NNLX. But there will be more kits sold than that. And the price may differ.
But FIRST.
1)Patent application has to go in. (I hope it has already).
2) Develop a list of potential Manufacturers of the kits.
3)once provisional Patent is approved (Patent Pending) put out a HUGE PR. Explaining what you've got and what it will do.
4) Negotiate your licensing deal with a big boy pharma co. I say Min 5%.
5)Once set up with a "reputable" manufacturer Put out another HUGE PR.
6)Come out of the dark and start reporting on a regular basis
7) (This is the best) BECOME A BIG BOY
