Several CCs ago NP mentioned advantages of remaining OTC for time-being. His comments were about not diluting SP to achieve uplisting. He stated he wanted to gain those funds organically.
So more than one reason to be patient to uplist. It’ll happen in time.
PS The shorts are running out of time. Only 3-4 million share volume on Thursday. Running out of time
