I mentioned several days ago I’d actually been in contact with someone from the SEC; today I got a call from a department manager who asked many educated and detailed questions regarding my complaint as it relates to to Feurstein, et.al, including if I’d been contacted by anyone “claiming to be a securities attorney”. My take away was something is definitely coming down the pipe for Mr. Feurstein and I was specifically instructed to call a certain SEC agent regarding any contact I may receive from purported “attorneys” who are apparently privileged to some sort of internal use only private investor list wrongfully obtained to “phish” for information from gullible shareholders.

Therefore, beware of any calls you may receive requesting information on your investment in, or, involvement with any placement agent as it relates to CytoDyn !
