Here is something that we should know i.e.
1. Craig "CJ" Brunetis is ACS President and Chief Operating Officer https://bit.ly/3bcrQBT
2. He came from NASDAQ NEWT
3. NEWT acquired "Deer Valley Data LLC" in 2016 ( from NEWT filings, also mentions ACS )
4. ACS acquired Deer Valley Data LLC from NEWT in a private transaction in 2018
( Suspect this is their key data center )
5. ACS grew from 5 to 32 employees, revenue up to $32m ( Stranger2000 Posted before )
6. ACS/CSI has all major deals with SFOR IP like DSS, FD, etc
If ACS/CSI wants to go public, their best bet is to reverse merge with SFOR with 6.5m OS, take a controlling stake, kick KAY and crew out , put up a new management with CJB on top and go to NASDAQ in no time.
Possible? No Idea.
But I see a remote possibility.
